The agent finds a buyer or a tenant; the manager runs the building afterwards — service charges, repairs, communal maintenance. Estate Agents & Lettings and Property Management are that far apart. Conveyancing is listed here, but a lease dispute or a boundary argument sits with Legal Services. Mortgage brokers are not in this category at all; they are under Banking & Financial Services. Nor are the firms that put the scheme up, which are under Construction & Trades.
